Legal

Privacy policy.

What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. Written in plain English so you can actually read it.

Draft for review

This privacy policy is a working draft. It has not yet been reviewed by a compliance professional or attorney specializing in RIA/financial services law. Do not treat it as final legal language until that review is complete.

Last updated: April 2026

This policy explains what information Harmony Financial Advisors LLC ("we," "our," or "the firm") collects when you visit harmonyfinancialadvisorsllc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have about it. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it in plainer language.

What we collect

When you fill out the contact form or the quick-quote drawer on this site, we collect the information you type into it: your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to share it, and the message you write us. Nothing more.

We also use Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics. Analytics collects standard web traffic information — the pages you view, how you arrived, your general location (city or region, not a street address), and the type of device and browser you are using. It does this with cookies and similar technologies.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, account numbers, or other sensitive financial information through this website. If you become a client, any information we need to serve you is gathered through a separate, secure process — not through this site.

Why we collect it

The short version: so we can answer you, and so we can make this site a little better each year.

The longer version: contact information lets us reply to your inquiry and schedule a conversation. Analytics helps us see which pages are useful and which are not, so we can rewrite what is not landing. We do not use any of this for advertising targeting or retargeting.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are retained for the period required by applicable recordkeeping rules for registered investment advisers — generally five years — and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default retention settings and is not linked back to you personally.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make this site run: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for website measurement, and our email provider when we reply to you. Those providers are bound by their own terms.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. If that ever changes, this policy will change first, and the change will be dated at the top of the page.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, or to opt out of certain uses. These rights come from laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and similar state laws now in effect.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@harmonyfinancialadvisorsllc.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by the law that applies to you. We will not charge you for a reasonable request, and we will not retaliate against you for making one.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small text files a website places on your device to remember things between visits. This site uses cookies set by Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics. You can decline these cookies using the banner at the bottom of the page when you first visit, and you can change your mind later by clearing your browser cookies for this site.

You can also opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by using a browser that blocks analytics cookies by default.

How we protect what you send us

This site is served over HTTPS. Information you submit through our forms is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we use reputable providers and keep software up to date.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email us and we will delete it.

Contact for privacy questions

If you have questions about this policy, or want to exercise any of the rights listed above, write to us at info@harmonyfinancialadvisorsllc.com. Postal mail reaches us at 100 Main Street, Paramus, NJ 11100.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes or as the law changes. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of the page. If the change is material, we will say so at the top, not bury it in a paragraph.
